STRONGER YOUTH TO FIGHT COVID 19 EFFECTS

We are looking for partners NGO's,universities,companies,youth organisations to KA205 youth project + KA205 STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS IN RESPONSE OF THE COVID-19 SITUATION

Target Group: NEETs (not in employment, education or training)
Age Group: 1-30
Objectives:
Our overall objective with that project is to improve employability and employment of NEET youngsters (not in education, employment or training) through decent future of work approach with a focus of 21st century skills to be acquired to get employed and establish their own businesses supporting Green Economy especially after COVID-19 Pandemic. Secondary aim and objective is to motivate and lead the NEETs to improve entrepreneurship and leadership skills as well as creativity and gaining digital skills
Our Specific Objectives are:
- to promote employment and employability of current and future labour force related to post COVID-19 requirements
- Support unemployed youth with 21st century skills i.e. creative thinking, information and communication technology computing literacy, media literacy, flexibility in soft skills (leadership, critical thinking, creativity, EQ awareness et.) and productivity
-to create a roadmap to increase NEET youngsters’ competencies in some sectors such as technology, electricity, management by focusing on gender equality and disadvantaged groups.
- to promote and foster business collaboration and clustering in partnering countries and in Europe as a whole
- to start dialogue and communication between different public and private entities in order to provide employment and training opportunities for NEET individuals
- to educate society about gender equality and promote women engagement in labour market and business
- to promote internationalism and digital competences for NEET
Activities to be held during the Project:
3 LTTs: 7 - day each and 2 TPM
-LLT:1Entrepereneurship & Leadership to fight COVID-19 effects on bussiness life
-LLT2:Creativity & Changes in bussiness sector post-COVID19
-LLT3:Digital Skills for endustry 4.0 during and Post-COVID 19
