Stress Management and Team Building by sport activities to teach young people develop themselves, handle stress in life and overcome the cultural differencies.

Stress Management and Team Building by Sport Activities is for the young people across the world from 3 culturally different countries to make them learn how they can develop themselves by practicing any sport (both solo and team), how sport can help them handle their personal stressful situations in their lifes and how they can manage to build strong relations with other people from different countries with playing in the same team.

The participants are going to take part in many types of sport activities, both solo and team, so they can achieve the goals mentioned above. There will be for them daily practise of yoga/Tai Chi, Capoiera, football, basketball, volleyball and dancing, all mixed with theory of stress management, team building and also other activites to make participants unite.
