SPRING UP! proposal by Spring Association

"SPRING UP" means that we want to shape the actions in the fields of youth on communication, managing social project and building and managing a team.

The project’s aim is to increase the competence of those working with young people with
regards to social project management, building and managing the team and intercultural
communication. The project is also aimed at the acquisition of practical skills related to managing social projects,realisation of social actions and organisation of social events through job shadowing.

The following activities are provided in the project:
1. Training course
2. Job shadowing
