The training course “Social Entrepreneurship for Social Inclusion” (SESI) aims to clarify and promote the concept of social entrepreneurship among NGOs that work or plan to work with young migrants, refugees, asylum seekers and other young people with fewer opportunities in order they can become sustainable, help in resolving migration crisis and overcoming social exclusion and social tension through development and running social enterprises and/or conducting trainings and projects on social entrepreneurship for young migrants, refuges, asylum seekers and other young people with fewer opportunities. It will help NGOs not only continue or start their work with these target groups, but also involve them into social ventures.
Activities on social entrepreneurship for young migrants, refuges, asylum seekers and other young people with fewer opportunities will involve them into social life and professional development, increase their self-confidence, develop their entrepreneurial skills, equip them
with all the instruments for opening and running social enterprises, encourage them to become
entrepreneurs, that will give them the feeling of responsibility and security and will help them to become a part of a society.

The objectives of the training course are:

1) To get participants familiar with the concept of social entrepreneurship and the main competences relevant for social entrepreneurship.

2) To provide participants with the opportunity to exchange experience and expertise in the fields of social entrepreneurship.

3) To develop the essential entrepreneurial skills and competencies at participants.

4) To provide participants with the tools and methods on how to develop the idea of a social
enterprise, open and run it.

5) To encourage NGOs to open social enterprises.

6) To equip participants with the tools and methods for trainings and projects on social
entrepreneurship for young migrants, refugees, asylum seekers and other young people with fewer opportunities.

7) To promote diversity, intercultural and inter-religious dialogue, common values of freedom,
tolerance and respect of human rights.
