Sexual Education of the students with mental disabilities

We are directorate of national education of Van city in Turkey. We are going to write a project about sexual education of the students with mental disabilities. The project proposal detail is below.
It is a big problem to educate students with mental disabilities in terms of sexual awareness in many countries of Europe. In order to give this education to the students with mental disabilities, both the family and the teachers should be able to have a grasp of the subject and they have to know what exactly should do. In Turkey and in most of European countries most of teachers and parents are unable to know exactly how to teach sexual education to those students. As a result, individuals who cannot control their sexual impulses, physically damage their environment and are not aware of the stages they have undergone are being grown up.
This situation affects the students with mental disabilities who do not get enough of their sexual development education, both psychologically, and their daily life as extra behavior problems. Within the scope of our project it is aimed to provide more affective sexual education for the students with mental disabilities in the special education schools and organizations. There are many institution and organization that professional in this field.
This Project will be written under the Erasmus+ KA201 school education section. We are looking for 4 different organization or special education schools as partners.
