"Say NO to negative"

Two non – governmental youth organizations from Lithuania are preparing new Youth Exchange project for the next Erasmus+ deadline. The project is about social networks and migrants’ integration into our society.

What we will do during this project?
- We will pay attention to the problems of migrants‘ and we will search for solutions and try to answer the question „What can we do to help them to integrate in our society?“.
- We will analyze threats and problems, pluses and minuses of social networks (such as „Facebook“ or „Instagram“).
- We will gain knowledge, how to keep our personal information safe on the Internet, how to change the addiction for social networks into useful time-spending activity, how to fight twit on the Internet; how we can help migrants to integrate into our society.
- Create “Facebook” page, where we will encourage our friends and community to be more tolerant and present the results of our projects (suggestions, results of our discussions, etc.).
- We will develop our ability to choose information critically.
- Know more about different countries, cultures and develop international relationships.

Participants: 5 participants + 1 leader from each organization. Participants should be 16 – 21 years old; leader should be 18+. At least 1 participant from each organization should be a migrant.

Venue: Vilkaviškis region, Lithuania.

Dates: APV and Youth Exchange will be organized in the autumn in 2016. Duration of the Youth Exchange will be 6 days + 2 days for travel.

We are searching for two partner organizations from Bulgaria and two partner organizations from Netherlands.
