RESTART - İnnovative Youth Work Approaches for the Social Reintegration of Young People under Probation

RESTART is an Erasmus+ KA153-YOU project developed by Denizli Probation Directorate, Ministry of Justice, Türkiye.

The project aims to strengthen the professional competences of staff working with young people under probation through European cooperation and practice-based learning.

Our needs analysis identified key areas including motivation and participation, communication and trust-building, employability and life skills, future planning, self-confidence, travma-sensitive and s
inclusive approaches, conflict management and social inclusion..

We are looking for an experienced European host partner for öne 7 day Professional Development Activity for approximately 8 professionals/youth workers. The activity is expected to combine job shadowing, study visits, peer learning and practical non-formal learning and youth-work methods.

After the mobility, participants will transfer the acquired knowledge and methods to colleagues in Denizli. Suitable practices will be adapted and piloted locally with young people under probation, followed by evaluation and dissemination.

We partlcularly welcome organisations experienced in youth work, social inclusion, disadvantaged young people, non-formal learning, employability/life skills or community-based rehabilitation.
