Are you looking for a responsible and reliable partner for your KA210/220 projects? Here we are, training organizaiton with focus on non-formal education.
GLAFKA operate in a filed of non-formal education of various target groups (teachers/trainers, youth and social workers, seniors, youths) since 2014.
We focus primarily on the implementation of activities that support:
• sensitivity, empathy and social responsibility towards vulnerable groups in society;
• digital competence of citizens (innovative ICT courses, cyber security, preventive programs);
• strengthen the critical thinking and reading, work with information;
• development of emotion and social intelligence.

As part of international cooperation, we are dedicated to the transfer of knowledge and innovations in the field of lifelong learning and further education. Thanks to these experiences, we have expanded our knowledge and enriched the methodology of our courses.
Currently we are mainly interested in projects dealing with media literary, emotional intelligence, mindfulness, stereotypes and prejudice in society.
As added value we can offer our methodology and training programme on inclusion and diversity which has following goals:
• promote sensitivity, empathy and social responsibility towards vulnerable and disadvantaged people in society with the intention of strengthening equal opportunities and equal access.
• build critical thinking and work with information that points to diversity, barriers and obstacles in society (destroy prejudices and stereotypes).
• discuss equalization of chances - a tool for improving the quality of life of vulnerable and disadvantaged people.
Within our methodology we use different tools and methods as stories (authentic stories in a form of face to face testimonies, online testimonies and thematic ebooks), emotional experience, virtual reality, work with fairly-tale characters, emoticons, image projection and reflection.
Together with EU partners we also developed comprehensive online course dedicated to youth focused on dealing with emotions and self control, building emotion and social skills and intelligence.
