Regain Energy!

The coronavirus pandemic that we have recently struggled with has had a negative impact on our physical and mental condition. In our project, we want to break out of the stagnation caused by isolation in order to regain optimism, energy and the will to live. We would like to find ways to avoid the negative effects of lockdown in the future. We also intend to develop skills, attitudes and solutions that will prepare us for possible further pandemic restrictions or other unexpected restrictions.

We want to base our actions on shuffle dance, which will ignite our life anew, revive the mind, and activate our body. We want to develop our skills of finding joy from meeting other people, building mutual relationships, moving and being physically active, being with others and sharing what's best. Based on the relationships established during the project, we want to create a community that supports each other in everyday struggles and drives us to act, regardless of the distance or future pandemic constraints. We want to infect our surroundings with our enthusiasm.

We are looking for 8-person groups of young people aged 23-28 from different countries of the Erasmus + program countries to participate in the project. We especially invite people who want to look for joy in life, are open to others, for development and new experiences. Since the program will be based largely on dance classes, a basic sense of rhythm is required. No dance skills are necessary.

The project is scheduled for 07/29/2022. It will be held in Wrocław - a city in the south-west of Poland.

Interested organizations are asked to send the current PIF and their proposals and suggestions for the project.
