Rainbow community

Participants’ age from 20 to 25, 5 participants + 1 leader (10 countries). Project about better understanding LGBT community. Better understanding of diversity of people due to sexual orientation and gender identity. We will develop empathy through simulations and role plays. We will discover numerous genders and their unique features. We will feel how it's like to be misgendered in a safe and controlled environment. We will collaborate with some local LGBT-friendly organisations and learn about the power of words.
We are looking for participants who want to better understand Queer World and spread good word about it. Advantages taken under consideration also are ideas of interesting activities due to the project.
