Quality and Ethic

As a Renaissance Institute, we would like to make visit the Institutions making rights-based youth works who are eager to make workings about quality and ethic on February and organize meetings for lasting hour

The Aim of the Project:
We aim at talking about the subjects below with the institutions/associations that have youth works in Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Netherlands, and also our targets are sharing good application examples, determining the quality and the ethics standards and turn them into a booklet in order to help to the institutions/associations that are willing to have works with higher quality.
- What is the quality in youth works?
- How can we improve the quality in youth works?
- How can we measure the quality in youth works?
- What is the ethic in youth works?
- Are there common ethical values in different countries in the field of youth works?

The Activity Schedule
Activities will be carried out by 2 volunteers and 1 expert from the Association of Renaissance Institute. They will visit the institutions and the associations that will join the work and also they will make Calls on Skype.
- 2nd October - 15th November - Skype Meetings (Meetings will be organised with the countries separately and also team meetings will be held) Minimum 2 meetings (one hour meetings) will be held with every institution/association.
-1st December - 15th January - It will be required from the institutions/associations to have meetings about quality and ethics with their own volunteers and workers and report these meetings.
- 20th February - 2nd March - Having institution visits and sharing ideas about quality and ethics by brainstorming. Building a common roadmap for carrying on our works in the field of quality and ethics.
- 10th March - Publishing the online-booklet
