ALVA Association is an NGO based in Bursa, Türkiye, active in Erasmus+ projects, adult education, and social inclusion. We are looking for partners to join our KA210-ADU project, POST-WORK, which aims to support women returning to work after maternity leave through a human-centred and gradual return-to-work model.

We are looking for organisations experienced in:

Women's empowerment
HR & employment
Mental health and wellbeing

Partner tasks:

Contribute to project activities
Join meetings and training
Organise local workshops
Disseminate project results
