The project responds to a structural gap our field keeps reporting: partnerships are formed ad hoc, project by project, and dissolve when funding ends.
BRIDGE is a Partnership-Building Activity coordinated by Pacem International Youth Association. It responds to a structural gap our field keeps reporting: partnerships are formed ad hoc, project by project, and dissolve when funding ends. Cooperation with organisations from EU-neighbouring regions also remains underdeveloped.
• Participants gain: applied competences in quality project design, Erasmus+ Youth Quality Standards,
partnership management and intercultural coordination.
• Methods: structured debate, gamified co-creation sprints and peer-review panels.
• What remains after: a Euro-Mediterranean & Caucasus Youth Work Cooperation Hub: shared competence
map, partnership charter, pipeline of future joint projects.
• How results spread: a national multiplier event within Pacem’s institutional network and an open-licence (CC
BY-SA) Partnership Toolkit.
What We Seek
We are looking for 7–8 partner organisations from EU Member States, associated countries (e.g. Norway,
Czechia) and EU-neighbouring countries (e.g. Georgia, Egypt, Tunisia). This is a mutual collaboration: partners
co-design the programme at the APV stage, receive mentoring on Erasmus+ procedures if needed (newcomers
encouraged), and hold a guaranteed seat in the joint applications developed within the Hub.
Partner criteria – you should:
• conduct regular, verifiable youth work at local level and send 3 youth workers (18+);
• commit to one local follow-up action and to co-developing joint projects within the Hub.
