PACEM stands at the forefront of youth-led innovation, governed by a board of distinguished leaders, including a member of the EU Commission Youth Advisory Council, an EU Cross-border Cooperation Ambassador, and a UNDP Country Ambassador. Our internal expertise is further reinforced by a professional Trainers Pool, featuring certified experts who specialize in advanced Non-Formal Education (NFE) methodologies and the management of centralized EU projects.

Operational Capacity & Specialized Infrastructure:
Our organization operates with a robust physical and technical infrastructure, maintaining professional offices and Youth Centers in both Istanbul and Gaziantep, including a dedicated Entrepreneurship Office. This dual-city presence allows us to manage local and international projects with high efficiency. PACEM is structured into specialized departments led by expert coordinators like Climate & Sustainability, Inclusion & Diversity, and IT & Digital Innovation.
Furthermore, our Media & Advocacy department ensures unparalleled project visibility; alongside our monthly published corporate newsletter that tracks institutional impact, our digital platforms reach over 400,000 monthly views, providing a massive audience for dissemination. In addition to our large-scale digital reach, we foster active peer-to-peer engagement on the ground through our monthly Speaking Club, which consistently brings together 30 active participants for interactive, community-driven dialogue.

Proven Track Record & Extensive Network:
With 17 successfully completed projects and a vast network of hundreds of volunteers across Europe, PACEM has established itself as a key stakeholder in the international youth work ecosystem. At the local level, we maintain a vibrant presence across dozens of universities through our Local Congresses and Community Coordinators, organizing large-scale events and local initiatives. Our institutional strength is validated by formal, long-standing partnerships with the Governorships of Istanbul and Gaziantep, prestigious municipalities, and leading academic institutions such as Boğaziçi University .

Core Methodology & Mission:
Beyond administrative management, PACEM acts as a specialized competence center that bridges local grassroots needs with global platforms. We empower young people through advanced NFE, focusing on rhetoric, analytical reasoning, and leadership development. By providing professional guidance and capacity building to municipalities and youth centers, we ensure the sustainable dissemination of project results and foster inclusive, social-impact-driven development on a continental scale.
