DIGIWORKERS: A New Approach for Youth Workers Using Digital Skills, AI and Digital Methods

DIGIWORKERS is a project aimed at empowering youth workers with digital skills and enabling them to effectively utilize artificial intelligence and other digital tools, thereby introducing an innovative approach to youth work. The project will assist youth workers in keeping up with the digital transformation and improving the way they interact with young people.

Purpose:
The primary objective of the DIGIWORKERS project is to enhance the digital competencies of youth workers, enabling them to proficiently employ artificial intelligence and other digital tools. This will introduce a novel approach to youth work, allowing youth workers to adapt to the digital transformation and refine their interactions with young people.

Activities:
The project will involve a range of activities, including:
Comprehensive training programs for youth workers covering digital skills, foundational knowledge of artificial intelligence, and the use of digital tools.
Conducting up-to-date research on the utilization of digital technologies in youth work and integrating the findings into training programs.
Implementing pilot programs to allow youth workers to put their newly acquired skills into practice.
Establishing a network by collaborating with national and international organizations operating in the field of youth work.

Modules: Training programs will consist of modules such as:
Fundamental digital literacy
Effective use of social media and digital communication tools
Data analysis and visualization
Foundational knowledge and applications of artificial intelligence
Utilization of online learning platforms
Digital security and privacy

Partnerships:
To ensure the project's successful implementation, partnerships with the following entities will be sought:
