No to exclusion, Yes to inclusion

Training course aims to develop youth workers’, social workers’ and youth leaders’ skills and competences on work with an inclusive group.

The objectives of the training are:

1) To involve the participants into understanding, discussing and confronting the problem of inclusion and work with an inclusive group.

2) To give to the participants the space to share their best practices in working with the young people with fewer opportunities and with those who do not face situations and obstacles.

3) To understand the specificity, problems and efficiency of work with an inclusive group.

4) To develop skills on working with an inclusive group.

5) To transform and to adapt existing non-formal methods based on the specificity of an inclusive group.

6) To develop new methods of working with an inclusive group.

7) To build capacity of non-governmental organisations and youth workers.

In the end of the training the brochure with all developed and transformed methods will be made in electronic version. It will help the participants and other youth workers to improve their work with an inclusive group or start to work with this target audience.
