If you want to improve functionning of your NGO, establish a new one, or simply train your management skills - this project is for you!

AIM OF THE PROJECT:
to rise the capacity of youth workers and project managers in the organisational management of
associations working in favour of youth
OBJECTIVES:
Provide knowledge, skills and expertise for young NGO managers that will increase their efficiency
and help to achieve aims of their NGO,
Educate young NGO leaders in different elements of management:
1) strategic management of youth organization – needs and resources analysis, goal
setting, planning, deciding on key issues, crisis management,
2) team management, human resources, dealing with personalities in an organisation,
finding and adjusting proper roles in a team, dealing with volunteers: motivation,
support systems,
3) finances and budget-planning - different sources of funds (from all sectors) for
providing financial effectiveness and liquidity of an organizations, intersectorial
partnerships as strategic choice, fundraising and its legal aspects,
4) techniques of monitoring and evaluation, evaluation as a tool for development,
managing a change and conflict,
Establishing a solid and long-lasting platform for mutual help among our partners acting in the field
of youth.

We are looking for group leaders and project managers experienced in the international youth work who are willing to improve their management skills and management of their NGO, or are planning to establish their own NGO in the future. There are 3 persons per country! PARTNER ORGANISATIONS: Youth organisations who contribute to the European and local civil society development, share and promote values of the European Union, are ready to take an active part in the whole duration of the project. Organisations should be registered in one of the ERAMSUS+ programme countries.
