The project “New skills for new jobs” provides training of 24 youth workers from 12 different countries. The activity will take place in Varna, Bulgaria.
The project will be implemented in October 2017 and it provides organizing of training course for 8 days over youth policies of the EU, subject-matters over the youth entrepreneurship and training of young people for entrepreneurial skills. The matrix and methods of training are considered according to the trained group of children, youth, young entrepreneurs, people with disabilities. The innovations in the entrepreneurship are considered as a basis for creative and active civil behavior of the young person and as a relevance of innovative forms of training. There is the stimulation of youth entrepreneurship at the city range and the rural regions as a important factor for overcoming the youth unemployment and accumulation of new knowledge for realizing at a new job and also as a key model of forming the European identity and citizenship. There are used active and innovative methods for training, generating of ideas, active discussions, various game and evaluating methods for stimulating and organizing of young people, their active participation, policies at municipal level for including to the basic democratic values of the EU.
