My Story, My Voice – Autobiographical Storytelling in Youth Work

Autobiography, creativity and story telling as tools for self development and inclusion

Brief description This Training Course focuses on autobiography as a powerful tool in youth work, enabling young people to reflect on their life experiences, build resilience, and foster self-expression. By exploring personal narratives, youth workers can help young people identify patterns, recognize strengths, and create meaningful stories that support personal growth. Through hands-on activities, participants will learn how to use storytelling, creative arts, and digital tools to empower youth, address vulnerabilities, and promote inclusion while fostering ethical and supportive environments for sharing.
