MIND THE STEP - Youth Participation and European Project Design

MIND THE STEP is a 7-day Erasmus+ KA153 Training Course in Spain in 2027 focused on meaningful youth participation and European project design.

The project is built around a simple idea: each partner should already work with a real local group of young people. Before the Training Course, participants will explore the group’s needs, challenges, interests and first ideas. During the TC, they will work on youth participation, needs analysis, project design and application writing, mainly through Erasmus+ Youth Participation Activities and European Solidarity Corps Solidarity Projects. Afterwards, they will continue developing a real youth-led initiative together with their local group, supported by follow-up coaching.

3 PARTICIPANTS PER PARTNER

Participants must already be genuinely involved in your organisation or local youth group: youth workers, youth leaders, members, regular volunteers or active young people. They can be, for example:

1 youth worker + 2 active young members
or
2 youth workers + 1 active young member

We are NOT looking for external participants recruited only for the Erasmus+ mobility.

Please do not send us only a generic PIF.

Read the attached Call for Partners and send us:

1. Your PIF
2. Short answers to the 3 questions included in the attachment

We mainly want to know:
- which real local youth group you would involve;
- what needs, interests or first ideas they could bring;
- who could potentially be your 3 participants.

The names of possible participants are only indicative at this stage, but needed. Final participants will be selected together later if the project is approved.

We prefer a small number of genuinely relevant partners rather than many organisations simply interested in sending participants.
