MEN AT WORK

The project aims to create a stable network of collaboration between organizations operating in the European Union in order to promote the employment of young people and the re-employment of adults at risk of social exclusion. Main objectives of this project are:
- Creation of a stable and qualified network for collaboration.
Facilitate the establishment of a network between the parties that the European territory involved in various capacities career guidance and job placement for young people at risk of social exclusion with an extension and integration to all public and private entities in the various territories . To promote the exchange of good practice and the implementation of common tools for guidance and job placement .
 Implementation of branches of specialized orientation .
Implementation in partner locations of branches specialized guidance. Training of door to: seek the most suitable job opportunities or employment towards which the candidates, develop individual projects of re-employment through accompaniment and a gradual approach to the world of work.

 Involve profit word in a stable network of collaboration.
Raise awareness and involve companies in relation to the issue of corporate social responsibility in order to promote a fair trial work and social inclusion of all categories of disadvantaged people. Connect the training to the real needs of the company for the preparation of new professional and responsive to the actual needs of local companies through the experimentation of training in the company.

Testing of reintegration in the labor market for young people who are entering the world of work through actions and adults aged 35-50 years at risk of social exclusion.
