The association began working creating a helpdesk to meet people in search of employment - directly known or reported by other social realities in the area - and , after an initial cognitive interview , accompany them on a path of integration / reintegration in the labor market by providing them simple basic knowledge ( how to compile a CV, where to look for jobs , how to organize the job search , indication of other services ... ) but above all a moral and motivational support . Not being able to respond directly to all social emergencies encountered, has over time built a network of reality with which , working in a complementary way , responded to the needs expressed by the people assisted . Thanks to a grant from the Foundation with the South, the association has formed a network called " Social Network for Work " which is operating in order to provide a stable services for work integration of disadvantaged individuals , through the structuring of a helpdesk network and the construction of a network of relationships with local actors who want to get involved to provide an answer to this type of need.
