Looking for Partners

Hi guys,
We are an NGO that activates in 3 countries in Europe. We are struggling with reliable partners. We have lots of projects and several times partners let us down.
I attached our PIF and as you can see we are active in KA1, KA2, KA3, Erasmus Sport etc.
We would like to find at least 2 partners/country that we can rely on in preparing/finding the participants and being engaged in the dissemination later on.
It is important to add that we are looking for mutual collaborations as I think those are the best and we can create a great bond between NGOs...and that is also an objective of Erasmus - to connect hardworking NGOs around the world to work together.
