Learning the World

The idea of this project it’s to create a strong network of organizations that work in training youth workers in order to build a common european frame.

These action falls into lot 2 of the present call: Adult education: Networks and partnerships of Adult Education providers
The general objective is: Within participating countries, help to establish new national or regional networks of adult education providers, and facilitate their involvement in European cooperation.
Specific objective: foster European cooperation between different providers (and relevant stakeholders), on specific themes in adult learning.

The idea of this project it’s to create a strong network of organizations that work in training youth workers. The network will provide capacity building to its members and the opportunity to exchange best practices and lessons learned that can be useful to improving learning outcomes especially among disadvantaged learners.
The network will also link with the EVS to facilitate students of the different learning centers the possibility of gaining experience in different countries.
The systematization of the experience will lead to recommendations in the field of adult education in the topic of training for youth workers. These recommendation will be shared with the people responsible for the youth policy, in order to propose ideas for a common european structure of youth work competence itinerary.
