Leadity

The project was created in order to solve the problem of socialization in adolescents in an unfamiliar environment, as well as to help participants get leadership skills when working in projects and groups and to give participants the opportunity to gain knowledge that they may need in the future when developing their own careers and generally in life. Basically, we want to help teenagers who have problems with socialization and the manifestation of their leadership qualities and who, for whatever reason, do not have the opportunity to correct these problems. However, if they are motivated to learn new material and gain skills, they will be able to take part in this project. This project will be for teens aged 16 to 19 because most of the mentioned problems appear in this age range. The organizers of the project are also teenagers and represent 89th Riga Secondary School, and the organization Young Folks LV who will also help in the implementation of the project.
