This project was prepared by the Provincial Directorate of National Education in Diyarbakir, Turkey, in partnership with the Eastern and Southeastern Sports Industrialists' Federation and the Youth and Provincial Directorate, inspired by the successful KA-154 Job Ends in Youth project. In the project, the unemployment and employment status of young people in Europe, the working conditions of young people abroad, the promotion of young people for the future business areas and the home of necessary qualifications will be studied.
As the R&D team affiliated to the Diyarbakır Provincial Directorate of National Education, which has successfully completed many national and international projects before, we are opening a healing door to the future professional anxiety that is one of the biggest problems of today and puts many young individuals in depression. With our project, we want to establish partnerships where we will create practical suggestions to increase the competence of young people, bring together thinking individuals for common purposes, and structure together European people who produce, think and develop. The main purpose of the project; Increasing the skills of young people across Europe in finding a job/starting a business/creating creative ideas and entrepreneurship, expanding their perspectives on STEM professions, which are the professions of the future, determining priorities that will address the needs and field of the future while creating education and business fields, enabling young people with different competencies and skills to work together It is aimed to create environments for these people and to contribute to their ability to form a team and take part in a team.

QUALIFICATIONS IN PARTNERS
Organizations that are project partners are expected to have at least one of the competencies listed below:
Being an organization with the necessary infrastructure, which has or can have the necessary IT staff for the establishment of a secure, functional and practical website.
-To have conducted field research on the employment of young people or to have carried out a different study on this subject.
- To have a high level of awareness about the competencies that young people should have and to care about this issue.
