The project will provide the young participants with entrepreneurial skills, digital tools, and peer learning opportunities, enabling them to develop business concepts that generate cultural, social and economic value. By combining creativity with entrepreneurship, participants will strengthen their capacity to innovate, create employment opportunities and contribute to Europe’s cultural vitality.
Main objectives
• Provide young people with entrepreneurial and digital competences tailored to Cultural and Creative Industries (CCIs).
• Enable participants to develop youth-led business models.
• Consolidate mentoring and peer support to strengthen entrepreneurial confidence.
• Create a transferable methodology that can inspire similar initiatives across Europe.
Proposed activities
1.Project Coordination & Management. Effective governance, partner collaboration and quality assurance throughout the project.
2.Methodology & Toolkit Development. The methodology will be validated during the activities, and finally refined into a practical Youth Cultural Entrepreneurship Toolkit including methods, templates and youth-generated examples, ready for wider use after the project.
3.Entrepreneurship & Digital Training Workshops. Integrated sessions where participants learn entrepreneurial basics and digital tools (including no-code platforms, branding, e-commerce, storytelling) tailored to CCIs.
4.Tailored Mentoring and Peer-Learning. Personalised mentoring to help young people transform their creative ideas into viable business models, enriched with cross-border peer-to-peer feedback.
5. Communication, Dissemination & Final Showcase. Communication actions, culminating in a showcase event where projects are presented to peers, stakeholders and local communities.
