Cink Venturing

Cink Venturing is a Spanish organisation specialised in entrepreneurship, innovation, and the development of inclusive support ecosystems.

We design and implement capacity-building programmes that promote active citizenship, skills development, and socio-economic empowerment, particularly for young people, women, and underrepresented communities.

With over 15 years of experience, we work across sectors and territories to foster innovation-driven entrepreneurship as a lever for social and territorial cohesion. Our approach combines strategic design with hands-on implementation, blending non-formal learning, mentoring, and ecosystem activation.

We collaborate with public authorities, educational institutions, and private actors to co-create solutions that respond to real community challenges and contribute to the twin green and digital transitions.

Our core areas of expertise include:
– Business incubation and acceleration, supporting young and early-stage entrepreneurs with tailored mentoring, training, and access to networks.
– Open innovation and co-creation, connecting stakeholders to tackle shared challenges through collaborative formats.
– Entrepreneurial education, delivering training and non-formal learning activities to strengthen creativity, problem-solving, and initiative-taking among youth and aspiring social entrepreneurs.
– Digital and green skills development, integrating sustainability and digital literacy into our training pathways and innovation programmes.
– Stakeholder engagement and local development, activating regional ecosystems and building long-term partnerships to ensure the relevance and sustainability of interventions.

Cink currently manages 4 business incubators and 2 innovation hubs, supporting over 800 companies annually, and operates a network of coworking centres hosting more than 1,000 SMEs and startups. We are active members of the European Business and Innovation Centre Network (EBN) and participate in European projects aimed at promoting lifelong learning, inclusive entrepreneurship, and cross-border cooperation.

We aim to contribute to the development of innovative practices, support the inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities, and foster transnational cooperation for systemic impact.
