KA153 - Green Wave: Diplomacy in Youth Work

While global summits like COP31 define macro strategies, youth workers lack concrete advocacy tools to translate decisions into local action.

Climate change is a complex political reality shaping the future of youth. While global
summits like COP31 define macro strategies, youth workers lack concrete advocacy tools
to translate decisions into local action. This project empowers youth workers to become
active policy advocates in green employment and eco-certification.
To achieve this, the project focuses on four core actions:
● Organizing an Advanced Planning Visit to align partnership strategies, research
tasks, and logistic frameworks before the main mobility.
● Training youth workers on climate diplomacy and European Green Deal frameworks
through practical simulations.
● Co-creating a Handbook analyzing past environmental crises and youth participation
in decision-making.
● Drafting a Strategic Policy Paper with concrete recommendations on green jobs and
eco-certification.
