KA152 / KA153 Coordinator Wanted — We Can Lead Project Writing

Have a project idea you would like to develop together? We can take the lead in writing it.

The Academy of Youth Leaders, based in Tbilisi, Georgia, is seeking an experienced coordinating organisation to jointly develop Erasmus+ KA152 Youth Exchanges and KA153 Training Courses.

Established in 2022, we reach approximately 400–500 young people annually through educational projects, leadership activities, workshops and community initiatives. We bring practical experience in project writing, management and implementation, supported by connections with schools, NGOs, venues and experts across Georgia.

WHAT WE CAN CONTRIBUTE

We can lead the drafting of a full project proposal: developing the concept, needs analysis, objectives, learning methods, activity programme, expected outcomes and follow-up plan, with input from the consortium and the young people or youth workers involved.

We can also support participant selection and preparation, group leadership, local coordination and dissemination through our school, organisational and social media networks.

POSSIBLE PROJECT DIRECTIONS

We are interested in developing projects around:
• Youth leadership, civic participation and non-formal education.
• AI literacy, critical thinking and responsible digital participation.
• Youth wellbeing, mental health awareness and resilience.
• Outdoor learning, sustainability and inclusion.

We would agree on a focused theme based on our shared experience and participants’ needs, involving relevant trainers and specialists where needed.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

An eligible organisation in an EU Member State or a country associated with Erasmus+ that would actively co-develop the project and act as its applicant and coordinator.

While our team has personal Erasmus+ participation and group leadership experience, this would be our first experience developing an Erasmus+ application as an organisation. We can undertake the writing, but would welcome guidance on programme-specific requirements, budgeting, supporting documents, submission and reporting.

HOSTING AND DELIVERY

Activities could take place in the coordinator’s country or another participating partner’s country, including Georgia, subject to the agreed project design. We can help arrange Georgian venues, local experts and logistics. Georgia also offers opportunities for hiking and outdoor learning, with activities selected around participants’ needs, accessibility and safety.

TIMING

We are available to begin immediately and explore the 1 October 2026 deadline if we can jointly prepare a strong application in time. We are equally interested in building cooperation for later rounds.
