JOB CREATION: local and european net of young for development of Model of Governance

The project stems from the need to structure several elements:
- Opposing in an integrated manner the phenomenon of youth unemployment through the unification of powers between the different social actors. With reference to the European CEC system, the single framework for the recognition of qualifications, the project will be a follow-up, including how the different skills offered by different social actors to interact in order to provide a single framework to support such objectives Recommendation of the European Parliament and of the Council on the European Qualifications Framework for lifelong learning [Official Journal C 111 of 6.5.2008].
- Starting of the project Policoro of the CEI, fornire a New Model of Governance on entrepreneurship and built based on the model Policoro, currently non-existent in Italy and in Europe.
For this reason, the target group of the project is to young people with higher education who have experienced long-term unemployment, geographical or social difficulties that are the basis of their continued segregation of the labor market. The development of innovative tools must therefore be linked to equity. Therefore, the construction of a strategic partnership has been perceived as the tool of excellence for combining elements of innovation and the fight against unemployment.
Youth unemployment is not only due to structural deficiencies of certain parts of European territories, but also arises from the absence of collaboration and connection between different social actors. The partnership aims to develop practical simulated experiences of entrepreneurship.
In order to develop a coherent, first need to be met is to have a search function to the development of a New Model of Governance and oriented to the needs of the communities involved. So, the first part of the project will be dedicated to research data at national level through desk studies, focusing on socio-economic conditions of young people, using existing models of governance in the field of entrepreneurship, integration and support of young people in the labor market (with a focus also on gender issues). At the same time a field study (involving 300 young people of the area in question and of each partner) will be conducted in order to obtain a sample of example of the situation at the national level. This phase is coordinated by the universities in the project, will be crucial to build a job strictly based on the needs and problems encountered.
For this reason, the creation of a single framework for action among the different actors of the project, both from the point of view of research from the point of view of the development of educational practices and training, responds to the need to harmonize and integrate different realities, objectives and methods of learning, thus bringing innovation through a systemic approach.

Specific objectives of the project
