project will cover exchange of the good practices of empowering students for starting their internships, discussions and comparisons of employability levels.

Given the growing importance of global community, it is essential that students would gain international experiences and perspectives in order to be competitive. The most valuable way for gaining experiences is internships. Students can also use an internship to determine if they have an interest in a particular career, create a network of contacts and improve their CV with practical experience it is a key step of beating unemployment. The majority of the employers is looking for experienced candidates, thus creating youth unemployment. Youth workers participating in “Beat unemployment: Start with an internship“ would exchange the good practices of empowering students for starting their internships. Youth organisations will discuss and compare the levels of employability before and after the internships and will exchange the ways of stimulating unemployed young people's (student‘s) mobility and active participation in society.
Objectives: Search for innovations sharing best practices, professional knowledge and valuable experience;
Creating the ties between the organisations for future cooperation on the projects and exchanges
