Incubator of Smart-up

Social entrepreneurs are needed in all sectors to work with others and to develop ideas to solve the current society’s problems. A social entrepreneur can bring a lot to society, minorities and especially local communities. This kind of entrepreneurship is giving opportunities for people with fewer opportunities and disadvantage such as long-term unemployed, disabled, people on the maternity leave, immigrants, youth at risks situation or gender-discriminated women and men, ex sexual workers, ex-prisoners, Roma community...The young people from disadvantaged background need to develop their confidence, to improve their teamwork, communication skills and entrepreneurial skills. The training course will be dedicated for the youth workers and also for their target group, the representative of minorities they are working with.

This training course is aiming to a win-win situation in society. We are providing entrepreneurship tools to individuals to help them run a new start-up which will be created to help disadvantaged people in society and make their NGO sustainable.
The intensive course will be facilitated by the trainers, experts and will provide the space where participants will gain knowledge and skills about the social entrepreneurship and the abilities to develop the entrepreneurship ideas based on the needs of communities. Participants will assume the knowledge by the observation at the good practice of social enterprises.

The training course will take place in Czech Republic in the term of April 2019.
