Aims:
The needs analysis studies related to the project, and current studies in the field were revealed (a) and the following objectives
were established according to the results of the needs analysis:
- Announcing the international criteria that provide happiness in the workplace through youth workers
-To make awareness studies on the establishment of Vocational Training and Development Programs in the workplace
- Contributing to the Development of Social Dialogue among White-Collar Workers
- To support the career advancement of young people and to carry out awareness studies on the obstacles in front of them
-To bring the place of gender inequality in workplace unhappiness to the agenda once again
- To organize workshops that create ideas that encourage "workplace happiness" by bringing together the Ministry of
Family, Labor and Social Services, Ankara ILO, Union, ATO and youth organizations.
- Involving young people in intercultural learning work
- To increase the cultural experiences of young people with the trip showing the history and culture of the host country
- To work on promoting the project in its country after the activity.
-Project's messages; deliverables and media sharing, print e-based materials and dissemination via mail chain.
This project is intended to be useful in the following areas:
1-To draw attention to the unhappy working environment caused by wages, mobbing, bad working conditions and merit
problems
2-To draw attention to organisational injustice/business ethics problems
3-Producing suggestions on how to contribute to the creation of stronger social dialogue networks with colleagues
4-To be aware of horizontal and vertical communication problems in workplaces
5-Building intercultural friendships
6-Learning different education and training methods and techniques
7-Erasmus + program and to publicize the activities of the National Agency of Turkey
8- Creating a "project solidarity circle" with NGOs, institutions and organizations that will help happiness in the workplace.
9-To encourage young participants to make social problems a field of occupation through intercultural studies.
10-To encourage young participants to turn to scientific studies by adding academic support to the project.
11-To, ensure that each country benefits from Erasmus + contribution in its own language by producing outputs in the
language of each partner.
12-Increasing the visibility of partner organizations and participants (with project news in social media and national press)
13- By sending the project outputs to stakeholder organizations, decision-makers and policymakers, to draw their attention
to happiness in the workplace and to contribute to their action.
14- To encourage young participants to produce project ideas.
