Green Professional Development for Youth Workers (GREEN-PRO) Seminar

KA151 mobility of youth workers (Professional development activities - Member States and associated countries ) no. 2025-1-RO01-KA151-YOU-000302169 Project with Erasmus+ Youth accreditation, Cofunded by the European Union (Accreditation 2020-1-RO01-KA150-YOU-095921).

The activities of the mobility will take place between 14.03.2026 – 21.03.2026 (plus travel days), location: Horezu, Hotel Horezu, Romania.

Main topics: Environmental protection and inclusion.

The objective of the GREEN-PRO project is to enhance the quality of youth work in the field of green education by supporting the professional development of youth workers and strengthening the capacity of the participating organizations to design, adapt, and use experiential, innovative, and inclusive educational methods tailored to the needs of young people, especially those with fewer opportunities.
The project is designed so that its main outcomes are developed and validated during the mobility through a seminar based on the exchange of experience and the practical testing of working methods.

Activities, accomodation, meals at the Hotel's Restaurant provided by the project co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union.
Travel expenses: reimbursed through the project within the maximum limits per participant calculated according to the Erasmus+ distance calculator.

Minimum eligibility criteria: age >=18 years old, without upper age limit. Citizen/resident of the country of the sending organization, part of the sending organization.

Partner Selection Criteria:
• ongoing activity in the youth sector;
• organizational reliability and the ability to provide all required documentation on time;
• capacity to support and prepare participants throughout all project stages;
• relevant experience in Erasmus+ project implementation;
• experience in the project’s thematic field and the ability to demonstrate added value;
• inclusion of participants with fewer opportunities, in line with the project needs;
• willingness to actively cooperate for the entire duration of the project.
