GHANA: Partner Ready for Capacity Building in Youth 2026 (OID:E10427212).

To Alleviate Poverty through sustainable human capital development and community Empowerment.

Detailed Project Description: Youth Capacity Building & Livelihood Empowerment (Ghana 2026)
1. Project Rationale & Objectives
This project aims to address high youth unemployment and the lack of vocational resources in Ghana by leveraging the Hope and Empowerment Foundation's 7 Pillars. Our objective is to move beyond simple charity by building a sustainable "Skill Empowerment Training Academy" that reforms the mindset of disadvantaged youth and provides them with tangible livelihood toolkits.
2. Detailed Methodology (Applying the 7 Pillars):
Mindset Reformation (Pillar 1): We begin every project with character development and mindset shifts, moving youth from a dependency mindset to one of self-reliance and dignity.
Skill Acquisition (Pillar 3): Providing free, hands-on training in high-demand local skills (Vocational/Technical) to ensure immediate employability.
Holistic Support (Pillars 2, 4, & 6): We integrate educational resources, healthcare advocacy, and women-centered empowerment to ensure the youth can stay in training without personal or health crises interrupting their progress.
3. Proposed Activities for Erasmus+ 2026:
Training of Trainers (ToT): Joint workshops with European partners to bring modern non-formal education (NFE) methods to our Ghanaian staff.
Youth Mobility: Hosting European youth workers in Ghana for cross-cultural skill exchange and peer-to-peer mentoring.
Toolkit Distribution: A pilot scheme to provide graduating trainees with "Start-up Livelihood Toolkits" (sewing machines, tools, etc.) to launch their own small businesses.
4. Expected Impact & Sustainability:
We expect to reach 200+ direct beneficiaries in the first year. By focusing on "Human Capital Development," we ensure that the impact lasts long after the grant ends because the skills and character reformation remain with the individual for life.
5. Partner Requirements:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Partner (EU-based) who can manage the administrative grant requirements while we handle the local implementation, community mobilization, and ground-level training in Ghana.
