“GENDER OF LEADERSHIP”

Dear colleagues and friends,

Organization Center for support of women from Serbia tends to apply with a youth exchange “Gender of leadership”, under KA1, Mobility of young people, 2nd of February 2017 deadline.

The project aims to develop participants gender awareness and strengthen their knowledge and leadership skills by using different creative, artistic and campaigning methods, young people will be encouraged to freely express themselves in a friendly environment with a larger framework of building their self-confidence and leadership skills and in the same time to address gender based violence. We want to create activity that would enable us to focus and reflect on our gender prejudeces and stereotypes and to promote gender equality.

We are looking for partners from PROGRAMME and PARTNER countries from Western Balkans.
