Description of the organisation:
"Gramigna ODV" is an Italian Association that offers social inclusion for disadvantaged people in social farming (refugee, migrants, people with psychiatric disorders, prisoners). We develop educational projects for people and for schools on environmental sustainability issues, rural development and social integration. We work on cooperation with local, national and international partners. Our leaders and members look forward to get in touch with a similar foreign youth NGOs.

Objectives:
To help youth workers increase participation of young with fewer opportunities in communities
To increase the quality work with youth by using the combination of non-formal, intercultural, coaching tools and approach, models & techniques which can be used in daily work with disadvantaged young people
To empower participants in discovering own potential and develop personal and professional competences, such as self-awareness, action planning, leadership skills and critical thinking
To promote the employability, empowerment, entrepreneurship and activities that contribute to the development of skills and competences through non-formal education, involvement and participation of young with fewer opportunities
To participate in urban regeneration and support multifunctional business creation and entrepreneurship in agriculture
To promote Practices for Sustainable Development - Permaculture, Synergic Agriculture
To promote intercultural dialogue and develop language skills.
Activities: pedagogical / playgrounds in agriculture, sharing of practices of youth active citizenship in agriculture, social inclusion laboratories, workshops, seminars, discussion of innovative practices and ideas.
Profile of the participants: from 18 to 25 years old living in rural areas with an a interest in agriculture and empowerment
Youth workers interested on inclusive/participatory approach of young people with fewer opportunities
Duration of the project: 7 days (5 days of activities + 2 travel days)
Partner profile: Stakeholder organisation, National, regional or local NGOs, EU project partner, National, regional or local youth organization that are able to send youth from Europe
Tasks and Responsibilities of the partner ORGANISATION:
To select participants
To come to the APV
To help participants to prepare themselves for the Exchange (buying tickets, pedagogical preparation etc.)
To contribute to the dissemination of the project results
