F.R.E.E. S.T.Y.L.E.

“F.R.E.E. S.T.Y.L.E. - FosteRing sElfentreprenEurial Skills to supporT Youth employment” was conceived to reflect the issue of youth unemployment.

The aims of the projects are to:
- Give young people the possibility of coming directly into contact with the world of business and work and challenge
their transversal/self entrepreneurial skills;
- Allow them to express their potential and attitudes and better understand interests and limits, developing transversal
skills;
- Enable them to learn from practical experience and learn to communicate and work in an international team,
improving interpersonal skills;
- Form human capital and create job placement opportunities;
- Build an orientation on job search and analysis of skills and motivations;
- Overcome the classic training methods and guide young people in acquiring autonomy and capacity starting from
concrete facts;
- Instilling self-orientation skills and training young people to have self-confidence, demonstrate capacity for initiative,
flexibility and mental flexibility, willingness to change;
- Guide them towards the development of an entrepreneurial idea, verifying their consistency with respect to their
personal characteristics and keeping them in relation to the socio-economic context.
