Expert Partner in Youth Entrepreneurship & Innovation

Cink Venturing is a Spanish organisation specialised in entrepreneurship, innovation and capacity-building for young people and youth professionals.

We are looking to join Erasmus+ KA220 and KA210 Youth projects to foster entrepreneurial mindsets, support youth-led initiatives and strengthen the role of young people in social and economic transformation.

With over 14 years of experience supporting startups, SMEs and public initiatives, we bring practical expertise and a strong European network to any youth-centred collaboration.

What we offer:
- Entrepreneurship training and mentoring: We deliver engaging workshops and coaching tailored to young people and youth workers, using participatory, experiential learning approaches.
- Startup support: We guide young entrepreneurs from ideation to action, helping them turn ideas into sustainable projects.
- Youth-led innovation and service design: We support co-creation processes with creative, inclusive and user-centred tools.
- Learning materials: We develop practical educational resources aligned with EntreComp, Youthpass and other EU frameworks.
- European reach: We connect young changemakers with peers, experts and stakeholders across Europe.

How we can contribute to Erasmus+ KA2 Youth projects:
- Implementation of training, mentoring and non-formal learning schemes focused on entrepreneurship and social innovation.
- Promotion of youth-led initiatives, including green, digital and impact-driven projects.
- Capacity-building for youth organisations and professionals working with NEETs, marginalised or underrepresented groups.
- Communication, outreach and sustainability strategies that maximise project impact and visibility.
- Sharing of good practices and tools from our extensive experience in incubation, acceleration and open innovation.
- Support in the planning of project activities, ensuring innovation, feasibility and relevance to youth needs.
