EVereSt – Youth Workers’ Mobility for EVS Networking & Good Case Practice // Contact making event.
We are happy to announce the call for participants for the contact making & good case practice event “EVereSt”, which is going to take place in Eskisehir, Turkey.
This contact making event is designed to guide
organizations for creating appropriate environments for EVS, sharing both good/bad experiences, improving quality of EVS process and of course creating a network that can make EVS projects together. Also it will help increasing recognition of EVS in local level.
Objectives:
-Increasing capacity of organizations about European Voluntary Services
-Disseminating both good & bad case practices
-Building strong and sustainable partnerships
-Increasing awareness of youth workers about their roles on EVS.
Organizational Background:
EVS Accredited organizations who are looking for new partners and EVS not-accredited organizations who has the passion for applying EVS accreditation
Participant Background:
(PEOPLE WHO...)
-1 participant has at least 1 year experience of youth work area. (Doesn't have to be in Erasmus+ but volunteering relative) other participant have to experienced in EVS such as particpant, manager, responsible etc.
-wants to work for youth in order to give them new competencies.
-"puts the people first, and accept nothing less!"
-has passion for changing lives!
Further Details & Selection:
The activity of the project will take place in Eskişehir, Turkey (7 day) in November or (at latest) first week of December 2017 (depends on the final agreements and sign date)
There will be 2-3 participants selected from each country.
Gender balance will also be one of the priorities of the selection.
