European identity seminar

In july, we want to organize a meeting for young peoples aged from 18 to 30 in Strasbourg (perhaps in European council), coming from countries in UE an out of UE (Eastern window, Balkans, Méditerranean) about the european identity: history, sociology, geography, culture, policy, ...
Before this meeting, youngs work this question in their contries, to produce reflexion and some propositions about this theme. We hope 2 or 3 youngs per country in the seminar. We work in french and english language, translation will be assured.
