Sailing sport is decision making activity which profile our mental background: motivation, solving problems model - especially as a team. Youth on the boat have to face their fears, create life balance, life goals. Water sports, as a cooperation activity, require team working. Therefore trust is one of the most fundamental condition which makes all crew able to survive. Weather and nature elements support learning process. Water expedition also improves individual skills, potencial and self-development. It is possible to forget memories but no adventure which makes people stronger than they could expected.
Bearing in mind all the above benefits, we believe that within the frame of the common project, we can create a space for sharing our organization's experience and improve educational opportunities for youth.
As a Partner Organization we would like you to:
*participate in 3 exchange events on the boat /3 ppts to send from each partner org
