Erasmus+ Sport project - CONNECT

This project aims to strengthen soft skills, such as teamwork, communication, and cultural understanding, among youth through outdoor sports activities.

CONNECT aims to improve soft skills, such as teamwork, communication, and cultural understanding, among youth through structured outdoor sports activities. Through engaging participants in practical, nature-based challenges, the initiative will foster collaboration, intercultural dialogue, and personal development while promoting environmental awareness.

The project will involve young participants from 2-3 partner countries, encouraging cooperation across cultural and national boundaries. Activities will include team-based orienteering, group hiking with task-oriented stops to promote problem-solving and trust, water sports with collaborative objectives, and environmentally conscious activities such as eco-sports and clean-up initiatives. These sports-based interactions will be supported by reflective workshops that focus on leadership, conflict resolution, and team dynamics, providing participants with opportunities to apply and strengthen their interpersonal skills.

Organized events such as shared culinary experiences, storytelling sessions, and intercultural discussions will provide opportunities for participants to deepen their understanding of different traditions and perspectives. These activities are designed to build mutual respect and facilitate meaningful connections among youth from diverse backgrounds.
