EqUality chance

the project wants to favor the inclusion of the disadvantaged target groups and help them find their space and within the society in which they live. young people from disadvantaged social backgrounds (Minorities, second generations of migrants and refugees), young people at risk of social exclusion, unemployed and disabled people will acquire skills in digital literacy, skills and competences in social innovation, work transformation and promote their employability and self-employability in the third sector.
The objective of the project is the development of a social community of youth entrepreneurs.
These workshops are interactive educational activities that take place with the contribution of social enterprises and social services. Planned activities are training through the erasmus + FAD platform and meetings on non-formal training, soft skills, emotional intelligence, digital skills, coding, peer to peer education
