The project promotes the traditional occupations in the partner regions and aims at developing entrepreneurial skills of adults for labor mobility.
The overall project objective is to increase labor mobility by providing an integrated package of knowledge and skills to support the transition from one career to another for geographically and economically disadvantaged people in the rural regions of the partners.
Objectives (in brief):
We aim to reach the overall project objective through a series of four specific objectives, namely:
O.1. Identification of key sectors that promote traditional European rural occupations to activate labor mobility in the areas of project implementation; promoting representative rural areas for traditional European entrepreneurship; promoting best practices of traditional European entrepreneurship.
- One joint scientific study
- One documentary film
O.2. The development of shared integrated services to stimulate the development of work skills and entrepreneurial skills appropriate to support the transition from one career to another in the traditional occupations - European heritage for a sustainable future.
- Simulated enterprises
O.3. The development of special joint programs based on the simulation of enterprises whose main activity is the traditional occupations and exchanges of good practices with companies from the partner regions in order to better integrate on the labor market.
- Training courses: English Language and IT
- One training program for Entrepreneurial Competencies, learning by doing type.
- One blended mobility for the target group (work camp)
O.4. Raising awareness on opportunities to develop business based on common traditional occupations in partners’ regions.
