Background: The European Union is taking major steps to strengthen its advanced digital skills ecosystem, aiming for 20 million ICT specialists by 2030 and a highly skilled workforce capable of contributing to Europe’s competitiveness, resilience, and technological leadership. The ELEVATE call under the Digital Europe Programme (DIGITAL-2026-SKILLS-09) supports this mission by fostering collaboration among advanced digital academies, Centres of Vocational Excellence (CoVEs), universities, industry, and public authorities.

Türkiye hosts a strong network of CoVEs in key manufacturing-related sectors such as machinery, industrial automation, plastics, metallurgy, and furniture design. The ELEVATE project aims to connect this ecosystem with leading European institutions to co-create a harmonised, future-oriented, and high-impact digital skills framework.

We invite your institution to join the consortium as an international partner and contribute to designing Europe’s next-generation advanced digital skills ecosystem.

Project Aim: ELEVATE aims to establish a coordinated European ecosystem for advanced digital skills by integrating digital academies and CoVEs, developing common quality standards, designing modular certification systems, building strong stakeholder networks, and strengthening the link between education, industry, and policymakers.
