This TC (7 days+2 travelling days) aims to invite youth workers to contemplate and discuss upon the question of 'What are the peculiarities of Youth Work in the times of Polycrisis?' and 'What does Polycrisis demand of Youth Workers today?'; to explore ways of sustaining ourselves personally in the Youth Work—building resilience, avoiding burnout, and staying empowered to contribute our best; to provide practical tools for healthier group dynamics, improving collaboration, wellbeing, and effectiveness, while embodying the values we seek to promote; to foster a temporary but vibrant community of Youth Workers—a space for deep reflection, mutual support, and inspiration, where we can share and learn from each other’s personal and interpersonal experiences.

- Personal grounding and embodiment
- Deep interpersonal relating and cooperation
- Nature-based practices
- Contemplative techniques
Youth Workers/partner org: 4 (at least 1 person with fewer possibilities).
Provided accommodation - shared.
Provided food - vegan.
100 % covered by the Erasmus+Programme Grant.
Partner orgs will be motivated by financial support per selected participant, thus NO ADDITIONAL FEES for participation must be applied.
Participants coming from less than 1500 km away, will be asked to use Green Travel option.
