COOP83 – French Sending Partner for Erasmus+ Youth Exchanges

COOP83 is a youth and territorial development organisation based in the Var, in the South of France.

We work mainly with young people aged 16–25, particularly young people living in rural and peri-urban areas. Our activities focus on youth inclusion, mobility, employability, European citizenship, non-formal education and active participation.

We are currently looking to establish partnerships with European organisations preparing Erasmus+ KA152 Youth Exchanges, in order to enable young people from our territory to participate in European mobility projects.

We are looking for opportunities to join Youth Exchanges as a French sending partner, rather than necessarily coordinating the projects ourselves.

COOP83 can:

mobilise and recruit young participants;
support the selection of participants;
prepare young people before the mobility;
provide a group leader;
support participants throughout the mobility process;
contribute to dissemination and follow-up activities in France.

We are particularly interested in Youth Exchanges dealing with youth participation, inclusion, European citizenship, intercultural dialogue, sustainability, environment, rural communities, employability and non-formal learning.

COOP83 is also developing Terra Viventa, a territorial initiative in the Var connecting youth inclusion, practical learning, sustainable development and rural communities. This initiative creates opportunities for young people to discover new skills, local professions and new forms of engagement in their territory.

Through European mobility, we want to enable young people from the Var to meet their European peers, discover other cultures and territories, exchange experiences and develop their confidence, skills and European identity.

We are particularly interested in building long-term partnerships with European organisations and participating in several Youth Exchanges over time.
