COOP83

COOP83 is a youth and territorial development organisation based in the Var, in the South of France.

Our work focuses on young people aged 16–25, particularly those living in rural and peri-urban areas, with the aim of supporting their personal development, inclusion, mobility, employability and participation in European life.

COOP83 develops activities based on non-formal education, learning by doing, intercultural exchange and active participation. We aim to create opportunities for young people to discover new environments, develop their skills, gain confidence and take an active role in their communities.

One of our main areas of development is European youth mobility. We are looking to build long-term partnerships with European organisations involved in Erasmus+ Youth Exchanges (KA152) and other youth mobility projects. As a French sending partner, we can mobilise young people from our territory, support participant selection and preparation, provide a group leader and ensure follow-up before and after the mobility.

COOP83 is also developing Terra Viventa, a territorial initiative connecting youth inclusion, practical learning, sustainable development and rural communities. Through this initiative, we are building links between young people, local producers, educational organisations, employment stakeholders and local communities.

We are particularly interested in cooperation projects related to youth participation, inclusion, European citizenship, sustainability, environment, rural communities, employability, intercultural dialogue and non-formal learning.

Our ambition is to develop meaningful and long-term European cooperation, enabling young people from the Var to meet their European peers, exchange experiences and become active citizens in a changing society.

We are open to joining projects as a sending partner and to developing long-term cooperation with experienced European organisations.
